Public Liability (PL) / Third Party Liability

Indemnifies you and your company for sums you would legally have to pay a third party for property damage or bodily injury resulting from your business operations on or in the vicinity of your premises. We also cover expenses such as legal fees inclurred in the event of a claim.

Products Liability (PDL)

Similar to PL in that it covers legal liability arising from the use,consumption or the handing of your products or goods manufactured,sold or distributed by you. Legal costs will also be indemnified.

Employer's Liability (EL)

Protection is provided for you as an employer against legal liability assumed under a contract of employment to pay compensation to any employees for deaths or bodily injury sustained in the normal course of employment.

Certain negotiable indemnity scales will be applied,for insurance:

• 36 months salary for death;
• 48 months salary for permanent disablement, etc.

Legal costs are also insured.

Group Personal Accident (GPA)

Designed for protecting your employees against accidents,This policy will pay a benefit amount specified in,if the insured Person sustains accidental Bodily Injury that results in Death or Permanent Disablement within 12 months from the date of the Accident.

In addition we provide:

• Double Indemnity for Bodily Injury due to Public Conveyance Accident.
• 5% No Claim Discount for each renewal with R&SA up to a maximum of 20%.
