RSA makes key appointments within its Construction & Engineering business

RSA today announced the appointment of Andy Smith as Head of RSA¡¯s Specialty Construction & Engineering (C&E) business across Asia & Middle East.

Andy will be based in Singapore and lead a team of C&E specialists in 7 countries across RSA¡¯s Asia & Middle East region. Andy has over 25 years in the C&E insurance industry and prior to this appointment, was in charge of RSA¡¯s Middle East C&E business.

In addition to this announcement, RSA also announced the appointment of Ringo Ho as Chief Underwriter for Asia & Middle East. Ringo will act as the central underwriting referral point for all C&E business in the region and at the same time continue to be responsible for C&E business in North Asia. He will continue to be based in Shanghai.

These appointments follow the departure of Haoming Zhou after 3 years with RSA.
